Allison Pasarew graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2002 with a concentration in sculpture.
Currently she creates abstract sculptures that incorporate obsolete mechanical parts. These sculptures have been called “time lines”, “pop-surrealism” and an “ode to the obsolete.”
For side projects, Allison works on mixed media drawings and digital photography that range from representational to abstract and focus on the beauty of the mechanical objects found in her sculptures.  Each media is a body of work in their own right, yet are a part of her ongoing project to explore the different moods of the subject matter.

Allison is represented by Katsea Gallery in Towson, Maryland.
